Storytime and Garage Sale Errands!

Mom was cleaning out the closet getting ready for a garage sale this weekend and look what she found hiding in a big, plastic bin! I was just takin' a nap in there (complete with pillow, blanket, and pacifier) and she found me!

We visited the Maitland Civic Center again this week for puppet and storytime. My favorite puppets today were the scruffy dog and the parrot. Of course, I had to play with the duck puppets again, too.

We sang a lot of songs this week including a Pumpkin Song to the tune of Twinkle Twinkle. I even got to play with a purple egg shaker! We also read pumpkin stories like "5 Little Pumpkins" and "Happy Pumpkin". I decided I'd rather go home than play at the park after storytime because it was too hot outside.

We got these pumpkin coloring cards, too. I took mine home and painted it for Grandma. We had paint leftover, so we played face paint and I pretended to be a cat. Then, I took a "cat bath" as I called it. Mom said it was a "real" bath.
